DCS problems
I've got a old DCS cart in the shop it's lifted with 22" tires on a stock controller... Sometimes it runs normal sometimes just out of the blue it stops and starts jerking and won't move. Then all of a sudden it takes back off . All cables are tight and I just don't see an obvious reason for it .

Re: DCS problems
I'll make a guess the controller is over heating. You got a stock controller and it's doing more than it was made to do.

It does in the morning first thing when it's cold , like as soon as I started it this morning it did it right off the bat.

Re: DCS problems
That controller isn't going to last. You might want to start thinking about a new controller.

Re: DCS problems
boones, you may want to take a look at the ITS. It could be cracked and have some moisture in it. Or may just be worn out.
I know you said that you had it in the Shop, maybe you have spare parts lying around where you could swap some things out, the controller and the ITS is where I would start. |
