Ezgo MTP (workhorse) wiring question

I bought this cart with no batteries, I'm working on putting new ones in, but I can't figure out where these two wires go. It's a red and and black wire coming from the back of the cart. I thought maybe they were for the dump bed, but this cart is a manual dump version. Any help would be appreciated.

Picture is blurred but does it have the bar graph meter in the dash? If so that's probably what those are for.

No, it doesn't, they come from the back of the cart, but look like they could run all the way around past the fuse block, maybe to the front of the cart, but I can't find the same wires coming out anywhere.

The factory wire harnesses do strange things in routing around the cart. I'm still betting that is what it was for but didn't put the meter in the dash or it could be part of the accessory wiring harness. The number on that sticker should give you some insite. Does it has factory headlights?

It does have factory headlights....I'll try to Google that number here in a bit...Thanks for the lead.
