Make a Cart slower
Yes! You read that right. I know it is backwards to what we all want.
My neighbor's teen grand kids are coming for a visit and he is afraid they will drive too fast in the cart. This is an EZGO TXT. I could put a block under the pedal but that would be too obvious. Could I move the orange wire from the reverse microswitch on forward/reverse switch over to the other microswitch that activates the solenoid? Would that cause excess in the controller. |

Re: Make a Cart slower
That would work. Pack voltage on that orange wire would cut the controller output to half.

Re: Make a Cart slower
Make sure it is active ALL the time not just in F and not R.
Simply run a wire from Battery main 36 (+) to the 1/2 speed reverse wire or terminal. |
