Ok guess I should have mentioned this. My new cart is fuel injected. Haven't looked yet but guessing zip tie isn't an option??

Works the same. I have the zip tie on my 18 Drive 2 (EFI)

It still works, but there is a rpm limiter built into the Fi computer.
