Actually, oil is not as combustible as gasoline. So, the more oil that is in the mix, the leaner it will actually run. Technically, 128:1 is a richer mix than 50:1

I pulled the engine and installed J10 engine with a big bore kit (2mm over)
If I remember correctly I had some issues with the new engine at first and found the throttle shaft was pretty sloppy so it may have caused it to run lean.
I ended up with a china carb on the big bore engine with a 107.5 main jet
