Bad generator?
Bad regulator?
Bad ground, wiring, or connection?
Bad battery?

Do you have a voltmeter? A load teat or hydrometer?

Welcome to BGW!!!

What do you mean "what's up?" Why don't you tell us what you have done so far to troubleshoot the problem.
When did it start?
Had the battery checked?
Checked for a drain or draw on the battery when not running?
anything? help us help you.............
