Yamaha G9 Loose Steering
Hello I have a Yamaha G9 that I just picked up that the steering has some play in it. Is there a way to shore that up? Also, it seems like the steering wheel on the actual shaft is sticking. Is there a way to grease that?
Any help with these would be greatly appreciated. |

Re: Yamaha G9 Loose Steering
Oh an additional question. Someone installed a Gusto rear seat on it. The shocks are pretty much shot. Are there replacement shocks out there?

Re: Yamaha G9 Loose Steering
Tie rod ends prob need replaced. Worn shocks can cause poor steering feel also.
Steering box maintenance prob needs done, check the repair manual for procedure. Factory rear shocks are available at most golf cart parts suppliers. Check some of our sponsors. |
