Question Ezgo txt pds issues

I’ve got a mid 2000’s ezgo txt 36v pds. It is stock. The first issue I got a code for was the solenoid. I replaced it. The second issue led me to finding brushes that were disintegrating and not connected. Replaced those and bolted everything back up and made all the proper connections. While replacing the brushes, I also replaced the speed sensor magnet. After everything was put back together, flipped the tow switch to run and charged the cart. After a complete charge, when to test it and it went forward about 5 feet and stopped. When engaging the forward and reverse and depressing the accelerator, I can hear the solenoid click but no movement in either direction. It has the factory controller and factory motor. The cart isn’t lifted nor does it have a back seat. It’s a bone stock ezgo txt pds cart. Any ideas what could be the issue or where to start trouble shooting? Thanks in advance

Check the voltage between the controller's B- and A1 terminals.

Ought to be same as the pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged) when pedal as pushed just far enough to make solenoid click and should decrease to zero volts as pedal is pushed to floor.

It has pack voltage on it when I did that test. Any suggestions as the cause?

If there was pack voltage there and it did not decrease as pedal was pushed to floor, check the ITS throttle input to controller.

It checked out fine. Used the reverse beeper and it’s throwing 1-1 bad controller. Gotta order a new one

Get an Alltrax XCT48400-PDS. You'll love it.
