Default alltrax 400 installed but not working

I installed the Alltrax 400 on my 2003 ezgo 36v. The cart does not move i push the throttle. The indicator is 2 red 3 green...high throttle over range. Do i need to change something in the programing on the controller or did i install something incorrectly?
thanks
chris

When the key is first turned on, what does it flash?

Well, 4 green should be correct throttle type. You could go into the controller & try "Clear Auto-cal", and try again. (Auto-cal tries to automatically figure out the highest & lowest values your individual throttle actually does, to make a smooth range of operation for a wide variety of "slightly out of adjustment" throttles).

Figured out the problem. I had improperly connected the plug from the ITS into the controller. My problem now is when I press on the throttle the cart just shutters a bit like it’s not getting enough power. Any ideas on what to do. I contacted ScottyB and I am sure he will tell me what to do if no ideas sooner. Thanks

Thanks to carts unlimited! ScottyB advised small diode was backwards. Corrected and my cart is running excellent.
