Default Re: Engine stop relay location

Part has been ordered as I couldn't find any shorts or loose wires. I was having problems with a erratic start/stop issue before. I lifted it with my engine hoist and crawled all over and under it several times with my brother-in-law looking for a wiring issue. His cart had the 2 wires unplugged (in front of engine) after a drive through the woods picked up some branches. I'll let you guys know if this solved my problem. It will be about a week or so. Yep, to me the cart is worthless unless it's running. It would be another paperweight like the old 1968 Mustang GT fastback in the back of my barn. I plan on a lift kit and bigger tires during the winter monthes. I'm thankful for any help I get because this is my first cart and I researched past posts and was leaning toward a T.C.I. but just didn't know what it was so I could order one. Knowledge and experience is a good thing to share with a rooky like me and I do appreciate the help. Jim

1968 Mustang GT fastback in the barn? Now that sounds like a cool project to me! Good luck on your cart.

Come on....I need another project and even though I'm a Chevy guy, It's hard to match the Mustangs (1967 thru 1970) fastbacks. Of course, he never said he was selling it Seems like we've hijacked a thread Jim, would you be willing to sell? Crash, as I recall, you already have a car/build in your garage

Red face Re: Engine stop relay location

Still no parts but I'm waiting faithfully for the UPS truck. I guess both of you guys don't realize that with the rearend lifted and bigger tires I'll be going downhill. Talk about fuel savings. Could be that I'll have to proof read. I thought I'd only be caught on the "rooky" spelling. Jim
