Default Regen motors

I have a 2001 48V CC DS, what is the three wire plug on the regen motor? My car quit working and i found those raw and shorted together. The car still won't work.

Thanks

that is the speed sensor. if the wires were raw and shorted, it MAY have caused damage to the controller as well.

The reverse buzzer works but the solenoid is not getting negative coil voltage. If I disconnect the negative battery pack, I have to reset the OBC and plug in the battery charger before the solenoid has positive coil voltage. If you jumper the negative coil wire the motor still won't run.

Thanks again

I am by no means an expert on diagnosing IQ (or regen) cars from Club Car, so I am going to back out in the hopes that Scotty or Tahoe can bail me out on this one..... I personally would be taking a long hard look at the controller at this point, but as I said, I am not an expert.
