help me STOP the rattle !!

I have a gas G16, the cart has developed a rattle that has gotten louder and louder. It does it once the drive is fully engaged. going anywhere from 5 to 15 mph. Once the clutch disengages, it rolls quietly, or if you cost down a hill in neutral.

It is driving me crazy. I just want a semi quiet ride to run around the neighborhood in.

Not much to go on, is the noise in the motor, or in the clutch on the motor? Might chec the clutch by taking off the clutch cover. Look to see if one or more of the 3 weights might be out of the ordinary.

It is not the motor. I think it is from the clutch. If I take the drive belt off, the motor sounds fine. It has also gotten to where it has a hard time climbing the incline of our property.
I suspect the clutch, I just want to replace the right part not one thing than another.

Any additional help would be appreciated.

There are 3 rollers inside the clutch can, those get flat spots on them. It will be obvious when you get the can off. Check it out. Then get ahold of Smallblock or Cart Parts Plus, vender here.
