Look closely, the motor terminals are marked.

Notice the terminals on your controller should be marked too and the F&R? Just keep everything in the same place there. Mark your F&R cables 9,12,3,and 6 o-clock

the amp screw holes are further apart than the screw holes i the speed control, how do I attach? the speed control is bigger than the original cover for the speed control. Do I not re-attach the cover? How am I supposed to attach the speed control to the silver heat dissipating plate?

Clear diagrams & instructions are in the manual.

I'm sure that's the case, but I'm not understanding the diagrams.
Based on the picture I attached of the motor, the outputs are positioned differently than the diagram. Will you tell me based on the picture which is A2, A1,S1, & S2 S2

Also, you said A2 becomes A to B, by that do you mean b=M-?

Thank you.

another question.. does the amp not directly install to the controller? because, I can only fit one screw, based on the hole placement.

I think by 'amp' you mean solenoid? If you have the large brown and silver solenoid the mount is wider than the controller solenoid mount.
You can move the holes over a little with a dremel or drill.
Or you can send it to me and I will do it for you.

I see there on page 24 of the mini manual Alltrax says they have a mounting instruction video on their website.

Call me for a quick answer to all your install questions.
