Ball joint threads? Do you mean tie rod end threads? Assuming this is what you mean, and both tie rod ends are installed correctly, than you probably need to have the front end aligned. Was it doing this before you installed the new tie rod ends? Could the tie rod ends be the wrong part for your cart? To check, hold your old tie rod ends up to the newly installed ones. Are the offsets the same? Is one longer than the other? They should have identical dimensions in terms of threaded length and length between the threads and the stem of the tie rod end. ......

Sorry, yes, tie rod ends. I adjusted them close to straight and just did my toe in. It's perfect raised, but when lowered, it looks off, or when you turn the wheel it appears that one tire is slightly turned a bit more

Did it used to look like tht? Before the tie rod end replacement? Sometimes they look like that and they are OK. Did you try seeing if the dimensions are the same from the old tie rod ends to the new ones? Unfortunatley, it is hard to tell if it is out of alignment with out some kind of tool.......
