Well charged batteries a night and day, but when I drove the cart with a volt meter across the batteries it would take off at full speed for about 2 to 3 seconds then drop back to a low speed and hold about 49.5 to 50.5 volts. I did notice if I press easy on the pedal at about 2\3 down it would run faster but if I continue to press it any further it would slow down. Any thoughts? Any test for the computer or the speed control module?

I'm not sure what you have on that particular model but that may be a good place to start. Under the pedal is a speed control, it may be a MCOR. Look it up in the stickies here for your year and see the schematic. Should be easy to test.

I'd say either an MCOR or a speed sensor problem

I'd love to know how the computer caused that problem...... Can you get them to explain? I'd love to hear this.
