Default Pq motor

Well I just pulled the motor off my 2003 DS IQ cart. Boxed it up and shipped it to Pq for the bandit upgrade. Can't wait to get it back.
My knee went out on me and I have to stay off the golf course a few days, seemed like a good time to do the upgrade.

That dang thing is heavy when you are an old man. I tied a rope around it and to the basket frame. Glad I did it still almost hit the concrete floor. I think I will use a ratchet strap to reinstall. The shaft and bolts will get anti seize.

Awesome, you should be pleased. I think PQ welds handles to their motors, making the install easier.

PQ will probably put a handle on it. Makes it easy to reinstall.

I'll let you guys know the differences. I do 24-25 on level ground now. I really don't expect that to change much. I hope I can hold close to that going up small hills. When I start rear ending the other guys on the golf course going up hills.

Just curious as to how you shipped and what were the shipping charges....if you care to share! Does PQ include the return shipping charges in their cost?

Just a suggestion. I took the body off my Precedent to install the motor. It made it so much easier. I didn't have to over extend my arms. I don't know how much trouble it would be on a DS but it was about an extra two hours on the Precedent.
