Here is another pic of the plug in, the black wires, were with the neg, i had to extend, is this ok

What are all the extra wires hook to the number one battery neg post.

Does the neg wire from the charge port go to the obc?

Whats going on with no 1 neg? Where is no6 neg going to controller? Am i missing something?

The only thing I see suspicious is that there are several red wires wires connected to the negative terminal on the first battery

Looking at your new photo, I cannot make out if the neg from number six battery goes through the obc or is connected to something else.

EPB:
Those wires were bundled together with the number 6 negative wire, they were just to short to reach to the number 6, i got the cart like that, no batteries and no motor,
