does 6-6volt (250ah), 6-8volt (180ah), 6-12volt (150ah) which would have longer run time, its seem 72volt dont run any longer than 6-8volt what would best setup thanks

Re: Batteries
If you have space then 8 x 6v would probably be the best.

Re: Batteries
General rule of thumb is the more batteries with fewer number of cells the better. So theoretically if you had 24 one cell batts for a 48v cart, the run time would be incredible.

Re: Batteries
The 6-12v 150ah has the most energy from what you listed. All things being equal it should yield the highest run time. It is also the most expensive to convert, I've done several 72v carts. They are a blast.

Re: Batteries
It's Amp Hour rating that determines your range given the same voltage. 6V cart batteries are larger amp hour than 8V of the same size.
