Default Can someone tell me what this wire is? (Pic)

I recently purchased a used 2011 CC Precedent and cannot confirm what this wire is for after looking at the wiring diagrams in the parts manual. I would like to know if it is something the previous owner added or if it is standard.

The wire comes from behind the controller panel and has a yellow bullet connector.

From that diagram, it appears that is 32 volt, not 24?

6v x 4 batteries = 24 volts WRONG INFO its a 48v cart

dc current runs from neg to positive

If they go to all the trouble of putting one on there , why not a 48 to 12 I wonder ? I mean isn't 24 to 12 hard on some of the batteries ? Or 36 to 12 if that's what it is...

That particular bullet connector is tied in directly with the MAIN negative battery post at the controller. It is fed from Battery #6 Negative, the last negative in the pack. Therefore, it can be used with a 48 to 12 volt reducer, or the factory 16 to 12 volt reducer. Precedent light harnesses have a male bullet connector that is designed to plug into this wire. Your converter, or lack there of, will be the deciding factor of where you place the positive wire for your lights. The negative should always be fed from the MAIN.

Question, Should the accessories negative be at the controller , the other side of the OBC?
