Default Prepping for Vinyl Wrap Over Filler

I have a 2006 Club Car DS. I’m preparing to install 3M vinyl in camo.

I had multiple areas that I filled gouges and predrilled holes with JB Weld Plastic Filler.

I sanded with medium grit and then wet sanded to 1000grit until smooth.

There are flat area and a curved surface where I fixed a crack at the headlight.

Can I wrap over these large bare areas and if not, what other prep should I do? Paint with glossy spray and sand smooth? Clear coat? If I paint do I need to scuff up the smooth areas so paint will adhere?

About ready just to wrap this thing!
