Do You Rotate Tires The Same As On A Car
Hello,
Just wondering if tire rotation on a cart is necessary as on a car? If so, how often? |

Front tires will generally wear faster than the rears because they’re the steering tires.
When you see the front tires starting to show signs of wear, rotate to the back. This will probably take a few years unless something is really off in your steering geometry. So as said, don’t overthink it. Just enjoy it |

I rotate fronts to rear every 6 months or so. We put a lot of miles on our two carts. My Yamaha carts wear fronts much more than the rears doe to excessive and not adjustable camber.

I rotate mine once a year. I drive about half on pavement. It’s my OCD from my tire selling days because the tires die from weather checking before they would from not rotating.

I rotate mine once the fronts are "maypops"....doesn't take long.

Rotating tires is a good practice. Is it necessary on a golf cart? Maybe maybe not. Do you feel like doing it? if so, it can't hurt.
