Default 92 club car engine torq specs

i recently bought a 92 club car with the fe290 engine in it it was smoking like no tomorrow so i knew it was time to rebuilt it ive rebuilt multiple atvs so im not new to turning wrenches ,well i got the engine completely apart and part fixing to be here cylinder will be honed in the next 2 days my question is does anyone know the torq specs for the case cover,piston rod,head,? and how do i go about timing the cam and valves thanks in advance

My manuals don't go that deep!
All I have is the case torque specs and sequence:

hand tighten all... torque to 230 in-lbs then, 250 in-lbs... in sequence



They suggest getting a seperate supplement manual: (which I don't have)

Engines and Drivetrain Components, Repair and rebuild manual for Inspection and Repair
