Post a pic your unit and the plug. The plug'nplay pins should be the same.
I actually bought the whole kit. I've been looking for just the stuff in your picture. Did you by that stuff separate. If so, where?

All I really need if for the LED's to be a little dimmer. Even with the headlights angled way down, they are really bright .
Did you try wiring a big fat resistor inline? I just picked up some 50 watt resistors for a different project, they were aluminum encased so you could bolt them down and were cheap, cheap. $1.27 each plus $2.50 shipping for both.

I used 360 ohm resistors on my LED headlights back when I first built them. I tried 120 ohm and didn't notice anything. 360 ohm made a small difference, but that's all I was looking for. I had visions of powering them with the 360 ohm resistor for 'high beam' and then through a higher value for 'low beam' but once my LEDs were tamed down a little I just left them as is. YMMV

What you see is how it arrived. Came from ebay. I can get an item number. It's designed for "plug'nplay" and no instructions or schematics are supplied.
That 'no instructions' crap has resulted in bad feedback from the non-creative buyers.
That said, it works exactly like an car. If you understand how a GM headlight relay works, you can sort it out from there.
I saw the units on "Fat Man" and I think Pete's Carts...or some such. It's an EPR Distribution item.
I'm creating a bucket harness for the cart. The plug is a standard Molex 9 pin with .093 pins. This plug is an automotive item.
I can supply part numbers if interested. Want the plug so the dash us removeable with minimal destruction...
