Cart not running fast after charging
Just bought a used 1995 Club Car DS. 48 volt with stock tires. Brought it home and put it on the charger. Charged about 8 hours when I was at work, still wouldn't run fast like the batteries were almost dead. Charged overnight and same thing. Charger was tested and works fine, batteries were tested and are good too.
Did I not charge this long enough? Or is it a speed sensor problem? |

Re: Cart not running fast after charging
Does it have a big lever for FnR? Does it have a big resistor coil anywhere under the seat behind the batteries?
95 might have had a goofy throttle pot setup that was problematic and would make the cart slow. Couple other possibilities as well, but we can't send you down the rabbit hole until we make sure of what cart you have. |
