Default Slow speed when pedal is all the way down

On a full charge my CC runs slower with the pedal all the way down than when I just let off alittle. Runs much faster and smoother with the gas pedal almost all the way down. I don’t know if there is some kinda setting/code or something I could check. Thanks.

Year?
Model?
Serial number might help.
48v or 36v?
Series or sepex drive?

2010 precedent. . Not sure what you mean about series? 48v with 4-12v batteries wired in series.

That serial number is a Precedent Excel built 5th week of 2009.
The 09 Precedent had a different throttle device than other years, and it was quickly recalled and replaced with an MCOR conversion kit. You'll need to pull up the floor mat on the drivers side and remove the access cover behind the pedals. Check to make sure that your cart got the update. If it did, then you probably need a new MCOR. If it did not get the update kit, talk to David and make sure it's still available, and if not he will be able to get you the right stuff. Read the notes on the 09 Precedent TPS info at the bottom of this page. https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/tech---mcor-guide

The original update consisted of a new MCOR2 and a throttle adapter with the resistors in it. Because the MCOR2 is so expensive and due to the fact that the MCOR4 will fit on the pedal assembly that they used with the TPS, we've come up with a TPS to MCOR4 conversion kit for Excel cars. It includes the MCOR4 conversion kit and the TPS adapter. It's in our store in the MCOR section.

This is what is on there. Not sure if this is what I need or what needs to be replaced?? I’m kinda new to the cart world so I not real familiar with most specs. Side question...what are those other wires with connections on them?

Looks like it was already updated with the adapter. Talk to David Hicks like I said before, he’ll get you the right stuff.
Not sure on the other wires.

Your pics are uploading as full size and even on my laptop are like 10x the screen. When you upload from iPhone, after you select the pic (blue check) look down at the bottom of the screen it should have a bar that says “full size” and if you have the phone urned to the side it will say “click to choose” or something like that. Click it and select medium or small and your pics will upload as a normal size so they’ll be easier for everyone to see.

So sounds like good news. Thank you for your help. I’ll remember that for the pics, new to the forum game. Thanks again.
