Battery Charge Meter '85 DS
Hi Folks, lots of great stuff on this site!
I have a new to me 85 DS Club car 36V. I've searched the site for how to do this, and didn't see a good explanation. I want to have the meter only connected when the key switch is on. Can I just hook the + side of the meter to the output of the key switch and - to battery ground? Making my list of upgrades, Alltrax looks great. Making new 2 AWG battery Cables, Blinkers, rear seat etc. |

Re: Battery Charge Meter '85 DS
Yes, you can hook one wire of the meter to the side of the key switch that only has power when it's on. You need to verify if it is positive or negative as I seem to recall some older carts have a negative key switch.
