Alltrax install
New to the forum. Did some searching but couldn’t find my exact issue. Installed alltrax 500 controller and heavy duty solenoid. Put it together and I get nothing. Connected the monitor and I throw low throtle input and overcurrent flags and shutdown as soon as I turn the key. The motor amps spike to like -1300. I noticed the throotle type is for ez go but I got a club car. Is that it or should I look for something else. Also how would I get the right map?

Re: Alltrax install
By the way it’s a 2013 cc precedent with MCOR still intact.

Re: Alltrax install
Go to the page where you downloaded the software and download the user manual too here > https://alltraxinc.com/alltrax-tool-kit/
Program the correct throttle type; open the program select tools, options, edit throttle types, ok then go to Throttle settings tab select Club Car MCOR Set and wait for button to turn gray again I think you want the EJ-4001-V9 map attached Do not open and try to read... that may corrupt the file. Save and upload when prompted. |

Re: Alltrax install
Thanks - Read the manual - Got the MCOR throttle. I am still throwing the Overcurrent flag. I also notice that it says "Charger plugged in" true. I updated per previous comments with the "Floating/NC" three prong charger setting. Still getting the flag and Motor amps are -1000. What am I missing...

Re: Alltrax install
Charger won’t work now either. Gotta be something from a wiring perspective

Re: Alltrax install
Went over the wiring again and again. Now the charger doesn’t work. Is there some type of short or malfunction with obc. Is there a way to check? Everything was working fine before

Re: Alltrax install
Ok charger works. I get overcurrent error. Light blinks one green one red which means short circuit/output fault. Any ideas?

Re: Alltrax install
Circling back for others that may search in the future and will keep people updated.... contacted alltrax help desk. They said remove the M- wire from the controller (J9 on an XCT) then power everything back up. If the error changes it's in your motor if it stays the same it's probably the controller. Removed the wire and got the same error. Sent back the controller.
