Keep in mind the southern courses run carts all year. Many are right next to the ocean too.
A 16 from a northern course may have traveled significantly less rounds of golf than one from the south. Aside from what has been mentioned- Pull the caps and check the water in the batteries, each cell. That will tell a lot about how well it has been cared for. You will also see the condition of the cables which can be a good indicator as well. For the record, I sold my former club car with 7yo trojan batteries still preforming very well. I took great care of them and it payed off. As mentioned 5yrs is usually pushing it. |
