Default Lift Kit Question: A-Arm vs Spindle

I have a 2010 CC Precedent which is pretty much stock for the time being. I need new tires and wheels and want to add a lift kit. What is the advantage or disadvantage of a a-arm lift kit vs. spindle lift kit? I was looking at either a 3" or 4" and running around a 20" tire.

The Jakes spindle lift kit I installed on a Precedent for a club member, who had already bought the lift kit, almost doubled the turning diameter. Ugh. After he drove my cart, he let me purchase an All Sports for him and replace the spindle lift; he loves it.

I would go with the All Sports 4" I have one on my cart and love it.

to BGW

X2 on the All Sports lifts

And definitely go with an A-arm. You'll get much better ride quality, won't wear out suspension components as fast, and a better turning radius (as mentioned).

Spindle lifts are not as beefy as the A-arm lifts that replace almost everything. They provide for a better ride and steering.
