JUST A NOTE:
I notice that when I was running the cart, half pedal or full pedal down, it was the same speed, about 6-8mph

its so slow, its boring... LOL

you know it might not be a bad idea to open the v-glide and take a look in there see if something happened..........

Why vglide? I thought it was an open or closed glide/switch. Not a speed controller. I really dont know too much of carts.

The V-glide is a speed wiper switch, make sure it's going all the way to the last button.

Well after the second charge. charger stopped after 4:30hrs later and pack voltage is 50.5v after 20 mins of rest, just to let batt cool down.

Whats next?

see how its runs and then go over the batteries.....if you changed the OBC your capable of looking in at the v-glide to make sure the movable arm is going all the way across the shoes........................

Well, after second charge, it ran perfect, back to 20mph... Very happy, he used to be at 23mph, but its fine, guess keep charging it will be back at the speed it used to be.
