You can do that but you have to be careful or you will get an imbalance in the pack.
I tried this all last year for a friend of mine... industrial cart with 2 24v Lester chargers... same model # but slightly different algorithms. IDK why? But we monitored and fought it until old batteries started to crap out... Then I just replaced it with a stand alone charger.

I put the fuse panel just behind the batteries on the drivers side on the one I had. Where are you going to mount the controller?

I was able to get a little work done on 89Gator, volunteered to help 2 kids with there algebra. So, that took a bunch of the day. Debating on ordering the bushing kits now since I have it apart and everything is easy accesible and ordering heavy duty springs since I have a rear seat. So many thing so little time, wanted to have the cart ready for Easter weekend but dont think that will happen.

The controller and reducer are best placed up high behind the seat. There is less chance of them getting any water on them up high.

Cool thanks, that is where they will go now. This will be my 12v fuse box.

Looking good Gator, I wished I replaced my bushings before putting her back together. I said i'll tear it down 1 more time but that hasn't happened yet. I talked to Scotty and he advised me that without the controller I would melt the resistors so I ended up slapping 6 volt batteries in for now. Let me know when you post that on craigslist I could use the spare parts. I love that dash I got the one with a wood grain look, the ladies seem to like that alot!
