You could let the air out and turn the tire on the rim, you may find that they are closer to to round!

That's a pretty good idea. Unseating the bead will be a challenge at home without a tire machine.

Balancing them might help if they are out of balance.
It will not help on the out of round part.
Repositioning them on the rim won't help anything in my opinion.

But it won't cost you anything to try rotating each wheel/tire in 90° increments. It won't help any individual tire, but if they are all in "sync" as far as out of round...

no offense , but that is one of most time consuming, and in the end unfruitful suggestions yet

Doing it for balancing helps sometimes but it will not help for out of round tires.

Well, I brought all 4 tires in to discount tires to have them balanced this morning. They said it would take obscene amounts of weights to balance and even then no guarantees , they advised against it ; I'm sending them back on mon, hopefully they can test a set before shipping them

Put 20 lbs of air in them, they were around 10-12
Didn't do much except made my cart faster
