motor on a 94 series
will a high speed make a 95 series ez go run faster without affecting torque and battery run time

Torque and speed are in constant trade off. Typically the faster a motors spins the less torque it produces. So the speed motor will be less torquey than your original motor... unless it is a high end Speed / torque combination like you find in custom motor shops.
