If you're a gas engine expert, I can understand, though they can also have problems. Many people have been working on gas engines since elementary school, working on dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, lawn motors, etc. But electrical carts are "usually" pretty easy to troubleshoot, once you learn how to read wiring diagrams, and understand they're little more than wiring, switches and a motor. The only "mystery" is the controller and ITS. Everything else can easily be figured out by symptoms and a cheap digital multimeter. They can be had for really cheap these days, while we had to pay a lot more for a Simpson analog meter, that didn't do transistors, inductance, or capacitance, back in the day.
