Good luck on your search.

It is definitively more difficult to troubleshoot things remotely as folks sometimes don't understand the importance of certain setup steps in the results outcome.

I will sometimes ask for verification that certain steps were not missed: verify range on a multi-meter, verify S1 and S2 cables on FNR go where they are intended or removing all cables from motor before testing motor.

It does however give us the opportunity to explain how certain systems work so You don't have to do like some cart fixers that just guess at the problem since they don't fully understand how these systems work.

The answer from Alltrax makes perfect sense within the context of the information they were given.

Congratulations

You have a nice setup now, and remember that later You can add the on-the-fly speed/acceleration adjustment knob to the SR controller to fine tune the cart for different driving requirements.

Sweet. Glad she's up and running. Hopefully you got the motor from the place who told you the motor was good and they compensated you somewhat for all the money you didn't have to spend.

Changing the Forward/Reverse switch had nothing to do with the speed of the cart.
