Update when using my DVM on M- & B- I don't get pack voltage at all. The solenoid still seems to be fine clicking away and pack voltage on the two main lugs and the small one on the hot side. I have continuity on very wire and cable on the cart. The F&R has no power on any of the lugs but the micros all get pack voltage? Still lost on this one

I bet solenoid clicks but no contact is being made across the 2 large terminals.

Put both solenoid big cables on the same post and see if the cart drives. If yes replace the solenoid.

Okay, then, either you have power to the F&R or you need have no power to or through the solenoid. How are you testing for power to the F&R?

Okay I so I found and issue with the M- Cable. Now I get pack voltage on all the F&R lugs except the one going to M- I get aound 10.5 V. Now when I test the controller between M- and B- I get the same reading. So for some reason I am not getting pack voltage there .

Went through my troubleshooting guide for the millionth time and 5 times in a row I come to the same conclusion the F&R is bad. I get pack voltage on all the lugs except C which reads around 10v the same thing I get when I hook on to M- & B- so I belive its time for a new F&R.

According to the attached schematic with high current circuit highlighted, the cable from M- on the controller should be connected to A1 on the motor rather than a F/R stud.

Check the cable placements.

A stud on F/R goes to B+ terminal on controller.
B stud on F/R goes to S1 terminal on motor.
C stud on F/R goes to A2 terminal on motor.
D stud on F/R goes to S2 terminal on motor.
