Default Painting roofs with Krylon.

Read through a bunch of old threads on painting roofs. Just wondering how the Krylon fusion is holding up to date. I was never really impressed with Krylon enamel of years gone by [seemed about as tough and colorfast as kid's water paint blocks] has it really improved? Thanks.

I cleaned and scuffed my roof with a scotchbrite pad (green), then wiped it down with acetone.
Then I painted it with Rustoleum black.
I sprayed it with an HVLP gun and mixed the paint 3 parts paint and one part acetone. That was last winter and it was at camp all season this year (April through Nov 1st). Paint still looks great with no chips or flakes.

I used it on plastic patio furniture years ago. Has held up really well minus the parts that have been scraped over concrete from falling over and so on.

PlastaDip does a great job its a rubberized spray paint that bonds really good and is easily patched if needed. Also does wonders on the all the plastic trim on carts.

After Scotchbrite and cleaning, spray three coats of Bulldog adhesive promoter. Let dry between each coat than spray with color .
