Default New Problem (For me anyway)

Got one I've never saw before. Hope someone here has.
A 2000 model DS been converted to a dcx controller. Has rocker type F/R switch, 48 volt. Solenoid is working, F/S checks good. Charge is good. All cables good condition.
Symptoms are:
Sometimes the cart moves forward or back as normal. Sometimes not. Sometimes it will try and creep forward or back depending on selection of F/R switch.
You might work (pat) the accl pedal and it may or may not return too normal and run fine for several minutes.
The LED light on the Alltrax unit has all green. When the cart acts normal the LED changes colors as the instructions say. When the carts does the creeping action the LED light does NOT change colors. It stays green.
To me this leads to the v-glide control. How ever the owner has already replaced the v-glide unit. I'm thinking he may have a faulty v-glide.
You Guy's thoughts or experience here will be much appreciated.
