Default 2008 Club Car Precedent 48v

I took in a 2008 Club Car Precedent serial# PQ0814-892066. This is what the owner told me. It stopped running so he got into the wiring found a couple wires off and started touching connections together. There in obviously shorted out some things when he got a big spark. He touched the Red 16 ga. that comes off the solenoid and goes to tow/run switch and to OBC wire and I think its also suppose to be connected to the battery positive to the blue wire which i know is used for lights inline fuse wire. So lights are fixed and now plugged into the blue mail and working but that's all that's working. I have no power at all it seems. Batteries are all new and charged but to do that i have to bypass the obc to get charger to come on. Im sure its bad without question. I purchased and installed new controller and solenoid from local dealer but controller looks like it was used by its appearance and sold as new. Still no anything. Im leaning towards new MCOR because according to some test from the service manual the readings are not correct. But with the MCOR failing wouldnt i still have some sort of power a buzzer something. I feel like i have a loss in power but not sure now where to start. any ideas. im open to starting over because at this point Im not sure if the controller is good.

The MCOR houses a micro switch which is easily burnt up if there is a short. Without this switch working you will get nothing. You should probably go ahead with the MCOR4 upgrade.

Ok will try that just wasn't sure if it would act like that no buzzer or anything over the mcor4 upgrade and see what happens.
