I don't think the IQ plus system has any fuses on the +48v side.

You probably need someone with an IQDM to test the controller.

Lets try another path. Does the reverse buzzer sound whenever the cart is in reverse? Even with the key off.
As an afterthought plug it in and see if it charges.

No it does not buzz, my charger has the pc board bypassed in it so it charges (it was like that when I bought it, that's my next project to fix)

Does anyone have any thoughts on where I should start trouble shooting?? I was going to test the solenoid, any recommendations on how to see if it is working?

The best advise is to work on the things that you know are broken. A lot of things that don't seen interconnection are. You mentioned that the charging circuit is bad. Start there. Then you can come back and give some valid symptoms we might be able to help.

I took apart the controller and found a blown transistor and smd, does any know where I can find a schematic for the controller?
