Re: Club car allingment issues
Looks like worn bushings to me. Very common with a spindle lift. The hub is located so far away from the kingpin because the spindle is so long. Spindle lift kits put much more wear and tear on the bushings than a double A-arm lift kit because there's so much leverage on the spindle. You can replace the bushings, but it won't be long before they're worn again.

All sports or Jakes lifts are great lift kits.

Re: Club car allingment issues
I also used the All Sports 4" lift kit and included heavy duty single leaf rear springs.

Re: Club car allingment issues
Should I get a long travel lift kit or a double a arm and what amount of lift I was thinking six inch because that's what my current spindle lift kit is

I would go with the All Sports, check with David as he sells them.

If you are using it mostly on the street I would go with the 4" double a-arm lift for improved stability. Here are a couple pictures of mine. But others with more experience will jump in and provide additional answers. |
