I cant even get past page 1.... :-(
You can do it. Take it one step at a time like eating an apple, one bite at a time. Don't try to digest the whole upgrade in one overview.

Craeshe,
Here is another vote for you to keep going as others have suggested, just take one step at a time.
First, I would suggest reading through the entire instructions 1 time to get a feel for which steps follow which.
Then start to complete 1 step at a time.
And keep in mind that less than 10 days ago, you were learning what kind of cart you had.
You are doing fine, and congratulations on attempting your own upgrades, that is how I learned.

Props to mstringer for providing you with pics

You need to search this forum for your pictures and explanations. Multiple members have completed this conversion and documented it with pictures. They're there, you just have to search for them. Don't give up.

Wow, a search on here for conversions does indeed bring up many helpful threads. This is a really well documented build/conversion here:

A couple other threads that helped me during my conversion:

And a little help from my conversion when I had a few questions for Scotty:

Sadly, I sent back the kit today. A small engine repair shop (weed eaters, mowers...etc) did not want to touch it and the local Golf Cart Store/Repair Center (Yes, they work on golf carts) said they do not work on this old of a cart.

Ohh well, Perhaps I will just buy a newer gas model in the future. Thanks for all the inputs.

That's ashamed that a Golf Cart shop declined to handle it. I knew absolutely nothing about carts when I bought mine. I installed the kit in roughly 3 hours. Once you get the pot, controller, and solenoid mounted it's nothing but running a few cables/wires to the right places.

Sorry you couldn't get the proper help, but it really is pretty simple if you take your time.
