Default Golf Cart Wont Move

Hey guys. I have a 2001 36v txt pds. We was driving it the other day and it just quit running. It wont move forward or backward. I now have full battery pack voltage. I have an ALLTRAX 400 controller and solenoid. The controller solenoid is clicking and the Controller flashes green 4 times then goes to ready status. When I push the throttle it flashes orange rapidly. I have a no idea what this means. I'm hoping the motor isnt bad. This thing will be like new here before long. Anyway, any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

The LED Blink Codes occur at power up, the number of green blinks indicates
the throttle configuration:
1 Green LED flash = 0-5 kohm resistive
2 Green LED flashes = 5K-0 ohm resisitive
3 Green LED flashes = 0-5 Volt
4 Green LED flashes = EZ-GO inductive (ITS)
5 Green LED flashes = Yamaha 0-1K ohm resistive
6 Green LED flashes = Taylor-Dunn 6-10.5 Volt
7 Green LED flashes = ClubCar 5k-0 ohms, 3-wire throttle

Normal display status:
Solid Green: Controller ready to run
Solid Red: Controller in programming mode (using Controller Pro)
Solid Yellow: Controller throttle is wide open, controller is supplying
max output, and is not in current limit.

Trouble Shooting:
Error code display:# of RED blinks indicates any error conditions that might
exist:

1 Red = Throttle Position Sensor Over Range. Check for open wires.
2 Red = Under Temperature. Controller below -25C
3 Red = HPD. Throttle hasn't gone to zero during this power on cycle.
4 Red = Over Temperature. Controller over 95C
5 Red = Not used
6 Red = Battery Under Voltage detected. Battery V < under voltage slider
7 Red = Battery Over Voltage detected. Battery V > over voltage slider

Try chasing the cable from the throttle box to the wiring harness. You should see a 4 wire connector. I'd first try unplugging then replugging and see if that fixes it. If not, you may need to open the throttle box and see if the ITS spade connectors are good, and there is no water inside.

Several others may give you voltage to check. I can't.

If the controller flashes green 4 times and goes solid green it is good to go. Flashing red indicates a throttle signal failure. Orange signals full throttle. Never heard of flashing orange. Call Alltrax
Which model controller? DCX or XCT?

The controller is an XCT. After further digging it is flashing 6 times. It just took it a while. I checked the voltage between B+ and the Key switch. The voltage only differs by .5 volts not the 5v's they are saying. The solenoid seems fine at this point. I'll check the ITS and get back with you on what i find. Thank you guys. You guys are awesome.

Still not moving. Can you guys give me some voltage reference checks for this? I'm in the process of cleaning up all the connections to ensure good contact now.

The XCT when set for ITS throttle will flash green 4 times and go solid green when first powered up.
What blink code(s) are you getting?

It Blinks 4 times then goes solid. After waiting a few seconds it flashes green and then red 6 times. BUT!! It may be flashing green 2 times and red six. After cleaning up the connections i cant get it to duplicate the code. I'm thinking its the 2 green and 6 red which indicates throttle failure... correct?

Scottyb I printed the troubleshooting from carts unlimited.... saying the throttle signal should start at 10v and drop to 6v. Testing between B- the white wire at the main molex connector.... at least i believe ive got the right white wire. Could you confirm which wire it is plz. My reading are goin from 7.5 to 5.0... which would indicate the ITS faulty. Just wanna be sure i have the right wire. Thanks.
