Default Batteries out of balance.

Finally got a hydrometer to check the cells. All cells are good and in the green on the hydrometer. Batteries seem to be pretty far off balance. They are three years old going off the stamp. Resting voltage after 12 hours is around 50.2 to 50.3. Would this balance cause the issue? And what's the best method to rebalance them? ERIC charging system. It will go to 58v+ before it shuts off.

Nothing is ran off individual batteries. The factory reducer comes on with ignition and wired to the main + and -.

What are the individual battery voltages? They might be closer together than you think. A digital volt meter will be more precise than the analog hydrometer. Not necessarily more accurate in their true capacity.

Pictures are there of actual voltages with a multimeter. I bought the hydrometer to check for a possible bad cell.

Oh, I did not wait for the pics to load. Sorry. Looks like you just took them off the charger? What is the reading after 12hrs rest?

BTW, are you noticing a problem with run time, voltage sag, etc?

Went for a 5 mile drive. Little update. The gap has closed some between the variances.

49.2 30 seconds after stopping
49.8 after sitting for 10-15 minutes

Its critical to know when and how the high voltages were taken.

Taking voltage readings after a 5 mile drive doesn't do much unless there was a problem with distance in that amount of time
