ezgo pds
seems like I cant get it to run with a full battery charge it hesitates a little like its dead all voltages are up good on batteries could it be the solenoid welded or key switch of controller also sometimes while it is sitting it will start beeping but not in a code mode

Put it in diagnostic mode and see what it beeps. Key off, N to R 5 times back to N. You will then hear 1-4 beeps telling you what chip is in it. Then if it has any codes it will beep them. If none try to drive it and see what it does.

check the battery voltage as you try to go. It can sometimes show good voltage when idle, but drop way down when you load it. If it does drop, do that same test to each battery individually until you find the culprit.

Sounds like the solenoid is not closing.... it should make a click noise when you try to go.
The little hesitation? I think you mean a pulse or small surge, that would be the precharge draining, indicating the solenoid is not closed. |
