If you can find Any lift kit that maintains a good alignment throughout the suspension travel, I have not seen one yet. Each setup has to basically be "custom tailored", and if you set the alignment with no weight on the seats, your screwed. Two skinny people is totally different than two big dudes on the seat, and suspension. Just my opinion.

yep cgtech-bump steer is the primary issue-as your suspension moves through its designed travel,it will move the toe settings in or out, due to the varying geometry...it is quite complex dynamically-the reason many suspension designers dont get it right the first time...
when i was a circle track crew chief,we spent a long time working with bump effect in very specific areas of travel just to optimize this effect- to get the car to do what we wanted in a specific spot in a corner...then there is ackerman effect and castor to throw in to the picture...it gets to be quite a fun little puzzle- and that is one thing that gave us a year of no losses at our track...i still miss it.

The wear looks pretty even across the tread save for possibly a little over inflation. Could it be that you make very frequent, sharp left turns and maybe at higher speed? Just a thought.

I have never heard that 12 psi could over inflate. 12 psi i thought sounded rather low??
I thought recommended psi was between 18 and 22?

Please let me know.
thanks

Well, on this end of the photos, we don't have the luxury of a pressure gauge. All we have to go off of is the evidence.

Just like car or truck tires, golf cart tires will have their max pressure and load shown on the sidewall.

Rooster

I understand the air info is on the side of the tire. That is not what i was questioning or asking about.

To me 12 psi sounds rather low. I would like to know if rxv owners with 12 or 14 " wheels, with no lifting, run air pressure that?

I would like to know because i put 22 psi in the 14" wheels, and if I am wrong, i would like to change that,.

It is low, but keep in mind the tire mfr knows their tires' construction best. Belt plies, type of construction, number of belts, etc. all dictate what the tire can handle and at what pressure. As an example, two ply golf cart tires will expand too much and turn out round like motorcycle tires if over inflated as opposed to keeping the tread flat if properly inflated. If the tread isn't planted flat on pavement traction is lower, and could result in premature wear. Possibly what happened to the tire in your photo.
