To be sure, this afternoon I’m gonna try the test you outlined putting Power straight to the motor using either a battery or a jump pack but with the cart actually in the street, to see if it moves the cart without the controller in the picture

With all cables removed from the motor, jack the cart up at the rear and connect a jumper from A1 to S1. Then connect 12 or 24 volts positive to A2 and 12 or 24 volts negative to S2. (swap S1 and S2 to change rotation direction) You may want to have a disconnect switch in-line with the power supply as some do and some do not....

Just to make sure, I’ll probably give this a try this afternoon but instead of doing it jacked up I’m gonna try it in the road on the ground and see if it moves the cart with the controller out of the loop

I’m using the OBC and OEM Charger which seems to be doing a great job. Batteries have all been pulled and I (load) tested with a conductance tester. Battery pack is holding good power.

Yup it was the controller. I went and picked up a used one real cheap and it fixed the issue. Thanks for all the help!!
