Default The motor for me

Ok so i am pretty sure or am sure I am going to change motors this winter. So the question is what motor to get. I was thinking torque motor but I have read when you get the real high torque motors the speed goes way down. So I have a few mounts to figure this out so I am looking for more hill climbing torque but do not want to go to far under 20mph. I will buy the best motor available. My cart is a 2014 club car Precedent IQ with a alltrax 500 controller 400 solenoid and #2 welders cable. So I think I just need a motor or do I need additional parts. Advice please thanks Jerry

This one https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/p...or-club-car-iq will pull the gate off of hades or front wheels off the ground and still get over 20mph with the controller you have...

That’s the one i have been looking at and i am sure I will get that one. I was also looking at the AMD 7114 motor. I want the torque i can gear up a little with tires i need to go up to at least a 22’’ tire because the selection is so much better. That means a bigger lift more money i should have started with a stock cart i am changing everything on it anyway.

You might consider the AMD 7144 instead.
