Default how low can i go on volts

ok just picked up a 36 volt cart I have a gas one now so electric is all new to me how low can I drain the batteries before I should recharge them I put a digital volt gauge on it

36.3 volts is 50% discharged. Any lower and you are destroying your batteries. Look at the stickies in the Club Car section and read "all about batteries".

I charge after every use. It is a good practice to keep the batteries fully charged when not using the cart.

AND this above is correct, HOWEVER, if you want to have your batteries last, keep them fully charged at all times. after you use your cart, even for a short while, PLUG IT IN and let it charge.
