Question Need Help with wires

I'm so lost. My ezgo will not reverse (well it acts like it wants to but does not). My husband said he pulled the wire for the reverse buzzer but I do not think that is all he did At the front of the cart, behind the left front tire, there are some wires, 2 sets, both with female connections, one set is Gray (maybe brown) and red, and the other set is yellow & orange. then on the same side (left), under the cart, in front of the left rear tire is another female connection that is yellow. Please tell me that somebody can help me get my ezgo to reverse. BTW the other day it was doing fine reversing now all of the sudden nothing. it has done this before. I would not call it intermittent as it went from no problem (always reversed) to "it just doesn't reverse" to holy crapola "it just reversed" right back to it's 90% of the time status of "it just doesn't reverse" I'm new and stupid so please don't be frustrated with me

Maybe a 2009 is all the same drive type, I don’t know, but can you look at this link and tell us the drive type?

If it has a lever that you have to force between Forward and Reverse, and it’s not just some kind of switch on the dashboard somewhere, then it is a Series cart.

My guess is it is a PDS. Do you have a forward and reverse switch on the dashboard or under your legs?
